Learn the local ‘secrets’ and specialities with our Chef!
Courses are offered in English for our guests and held both in our laboratory, farmhouses and restaurants. During these lessons learn the techniques and the secrets of the art of pasta-making our “grandmothers”. Tasting: sample different types of homemade pastas served in various sauce (max 6 persons).
3 hours lesson for a hands on experience; private or group lessons available.
